Delete Account – Waslni Driver

This page explains how to delete your account and associated data in Waslni Driver by Prime for Information Technology FZC.

Delete your account from within the app

  1. Open Waslni Driver and sign in.

  2. Go to Profile or Settings.

  3. Select Delete Account.

  4. Review the instructions and confirm deletion.

What happens after deletion?

  • Your personal data (name, email, phone number, uploaded documents) will be deleted from our servers.

  • We may retain limited information required by law (e.g., transaction records) for no longer than 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

  • Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.

Partial data deletion (optional)

You may request deletion of certain data without deleting your account (e.g., profile photo or vehicle document) if available in-app.
