Understand the rules and terms that govern your use of the Waslni app and services.
By downloading, browsing, accessing, or using the Mobile Application “Waslni - وصلني,” Users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. If you disagree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access to the Mobile Application and its services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms, as may be amended.
The “Waslni - وصلني” Mobile Application facilitates scheduling/matching between Users and Service Providers without creating an employment relationship. It allows Users to request services free of charge and Service Providers to register, pending evaluation and compliance with Transportation General Authority (TGA) guidelines. Service Providers pay a profit margin fee per completed service. Users can pay ride fares using Apple Pay in Saudi Arabia on iPhones.
Use of Services, the Mobile Application, and Redemptions are subject to these Terms.
The Mobile Application and Services are intended for use in regions where the Company operates. Use outside these regions is at the User’s own risk and responsibility for compliance with local laws.
The Mobile Application and Services are for non-commercial, personal use only, unless authorized by the Company.
We reserve the right to prevent Users from accessing the Mobile Application, Services, or making Redemptions.
Users are responsible for providing devices and internet connectivity. Network provider charges may apply.
Users not paying for the device used are assumed to have permission from the bill payer.
By submitting content, Users grant a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use it for promotional purposes.
Users must Register to make Redemptions. Service Providers may be refused or canceled by the Company.
Redemptions are subject to these Terms.
Non-compliant Redemptions may be disallowed or voided.
Service Providers ensure perishable products have not expired.
The Company is not liable for Service Provider failures or unavailability of products/services.
Neither the Company nor Service Providers are responsible for lost or stolen Redeemed products/services.
Users with locational services enabled agree to receive pre-programmed notifications from Service Providers.
Users must abide by Service Provider terms for Redemptions.
Users warrant that Account information is accurate and will update it promptly.
Users ensure products/services meet their requirements before Redemption.

We aim to correct errors promptly but do not guarantee fault-free Services or Mobile Application. Report issues at:
Access may be suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to modify or remove content and block access for breaches.
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches or suspected breaches, cooperating with law enforcement as needed.
The Mobile Application and Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Credit balances expire after 6 months of inactivity. We are not liable for:
Waslni - وصلني is not liable for unpaid ride amounts and retains responsibility for recovering outstanding balances.
Users indemnify the Company against claims arising from their use, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
Content, logos, and trademarks are protected by copyright and other laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We may update the Mobile Application content and Terms without notice. Revised Terms take effect upon posting.
These Terms are governed by Saudi Arabian Federal laws. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Mobile Application is accessed.
